Educational Qualifications:
The candidate must hold a Master’s degree with at least 50% from an accredited university in the field they wish to teach. If not, he or she has successfully finished a six-year integrated Master’s program from a Regional College of Education that has NCERT recognition. Furthermore, the candidate needs to hold an NCTE-accredited B.Ed.
Age Criteria:
As of January 1, 2024, the minimum age requirement for candidates is 21, while the highest age that will be accepted is 38.
